By accessing or using Idar, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Idar on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Idar provides software for managing properties, reservations, channels, guest operations, payments, and reporting. Features may vary by subscription plan.

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Subscription fees are billed in SAR according to your selected plan and billing cycle.

Plans are based on room count tiers. You must provide accurate property information so we can apply the correct plan.

You may not misuse Idar, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, upload unlawful content, or use the service in violation of applicable hospitality, tax, or data-protection laws.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Annual plans include a 20% discount when paid as one upfront payment.

We may update pricing or features with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Idar is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
